My name is Bina Bendale, MSN, RN, NC-BC—a board-certified nurse coach, business strategist, speaker, and proud mom to three incredible children with special needs. I’m also the founder of Nurse Coach Business School (formerly known as the Corporate Nurse Coach Association), and in 2021, I made the bold move to leave the bedside to pursue nurse coaching full-time.
