Real Life with Special Kids is a support group for parents of special needs children. We are parents, siblings, and caretakers of children on a spectrum of learning disabilities and special needs, who understand that having a special kid can be an emotional struggle or even an identity crisis.

Here, you’ll find a group that gets it—a safe space where acceptance is a given, and no one has to face this journey alone.

My Story

How I Got Started

Bina is a passionate parenting coach who found her calling through her own journey of raising a special needs child. With a background as a nurse and a Master of Nursing degree from the University of San Francisco, she combines her skills and experience to support other parents in their own journey. Her life was transformed when she connected with a nurse coach, and she now dedicates her life’s mission to helping others.

Bina is a resilient and independent individual, who discovered her own strength and courage while studying in Australia. She is happily married to her supportive spouse Sandeep and has three beautiful children, including her son Rohan who was born with medical conditions and diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Despite the challenges, Bina considers her family to be her greatest blessing and source of strength. Join Bina on her journey and let her expert support guide you in helping your children flourish.
